Materials/Ingredients

Any black grounding crystal you're drawn to (optional)

  1. Pause & breathe - Sit somewhere quiet in dim light. Hold your crystal (if you have one). Take a few deep breaths.


  2. Ground - Picture roots anchoring into the earth. Let the cool, steady energy rise up to your heart.


  3. Black Light Cocoon - Visualise a soft, weightless, protective velvety black cocoon wrapped around you. It absorbs noise and tension, leaving stillness.


  4. Affirm - Say to yourself, "In this calm darkness, I am protected. I release what I no longer need. I return to balance."


  5. Release and return—let the light fade into the background, knowing it's always there when you need it. Take one more deep breath before you open your eyes.
