Any black grounding crystal you're drawn to (optional)
Pause & breathe - Sit somewhere quiet in dim light. Hold your crystal (if you have one). Take a few deep breaths.
Ground - Picture roots anchoring into the earth. Let the cool, steady energy rise up to your heart.
Black Light Cocoon - Visualise a soft, weightless, protective velvety black cocoon wrapped around you. It absorbs noise and tension, leaving stillness.
Affirm - Say to yourself, "In this calm darkness, I am protected. I release what I no longer need. I return to balance."
Release and return—let the light fade into the background, knowing it's always there when you need it. Take one more deep breath before you open your eyes.
